General information

• The conference will be held at the Turing Amphitheater of Polytech Gallilée at the University of Orleans from March 26 to 27, 2026.
• The Gala dinner is scheduled for March 26.
• Registration for the conference is free and compulsory on https://j2c2026.sciencesconf.org/

Information about presentations

For abstracts (oral communication and poster):

• In English
• 200 words maximum
• Submission deadline: February 13, 2026 
• Abstract template

For oral presentations:

• 15 minutes of presentation + 5 min of questions for all
• Presentation slides must be in English.
• Oral presentations may be given in French or English

For posters:

To ensure effective communication via posters, we suggest making them available throughout the conference.

• Recommended format: A0
• 2 to 3 minutes of the poster presentation: March 26, 2026
• Oral presentations may be given in French or English
